Each tier includes a monthly invoice allowance — from 100 on Start to 1,000 on Lead. If you exceed the volume, the excess is charged at the tier's unit price (from R$ 0.69 to R$ 0.39 per invoice).

A tier change happens when your operation grows beyond the expected annual revenue or needs more users and volume than the current plan's cap supports. User, invoice, and AI pool limits then follow the new tier.
